Family with children will love it here
The staff were LOVELY towards my son, they treated him like he was special. The pool had a ramp AND a lift, which made it so easy for him to enjoy swimming.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but I suppose that's what you pay for comfort.

The breakfast at this hotel totally impressed me. The variety was excellent, much better than I've seen at 3-star hotels. An omelette station provided fresh options, giving a personalized touch to breakfast. The modern decor throughout the hotel really stood out, making the place feel upscale. My room, a King Studio Suite, was spacious and comfortable, with a nice layout that made it easy to relax after a long day. However, I did face a couple of issues. I found the bed to be quite hard, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable. I also noticed a lack of assistance when I requested a luggage cart. I waited for quite a while, and although the staff eventually left one outside, I had to haul it to my room without any help. Parking was a bit tricky due to limited disabled spots, which I feel could be improved considerably. Also, the temperature in the common areas fluctuated more than I preferred. Despite these inconveniences, I found the staff generally helpful and friendly, which helped balance out some of the negatives. I'll likely consider staying here again in the future.
